Job Duties: As a Performance Management Analyst, the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:
● Collaborate with department heads to align individual and team goals with the organization’s objectives
● Analyze employee performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals, patient care quality, and service delivery data.
● Design performance review systems and monitor adherence to care protocols, compliance with healthcare regulations, and timeliness of service delivery.
● Provide insights and recommendations for training and professional development programs and conduct workshops and training sessions for employees to enhance employee productivity and patient care
● Prepare and present performance reports to management and provide input on strategic planning initiatives
● Evaluate patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify service gaps and recommend enhancing performance without compromising care quality.
● Develop and implement a records management program for filing, protecting, and retrieving records, and assure compliance with the program.
● Develop strategies to optimize caregiver productivity while maintaining high-quality care.
● Ability to effectively present complex data findings to diverse audiences, including senior management
● Analyze the quality of translated content/reports from multiple languages in South Asia
● Perform market analysis to determine performance metrics that are aligned with company goals.
